1. Marketplace approval
Businesses submit profiles for internal admin review before publication. Approval means the platform recorded a review decision. It is not DTI, BIR, FDA, or other government accreditation. Buyers should request and verify any compliance documents they require.
2. Product information
Sellers should publish accurate descriptions, images, prices, minimum order quantities, stock, and lead times. They should not offer counterfeit, prohibited, or unsafe products. A listing may be hidden or removed after moderation.
3. RFQs and orders
Buyers can request quotations and submit orders through available portal flows. The seller and buyer should confirm final specifications, price, payment, taxes, shipping, and delivery timing. GawangPinas has no guaranteed RFQ response SLA or automated factory price parity check.
4. Payments and shipping
GawangPinas does not currently provide escrow, bank-wire settlement, automatic fund release, or a 72-hour inspection program. Courier integrations are not guaranteed. Order status updates are platform records, not live courier location data.
5. Problems with an order
Contact the seller through the platform and retain your order reference and agreed terms. Report inaccurate listings or account misuse through the contact page. Do not send payment credentials or OTPs in chat. This capstone system does not operate an automatic three-strike enforcement or agency blacklist.
6. Document status
These are current platform guidelines. Formal commercial policies require project-owner and legal review before publication as binding terms.
