GawangPinas is a university capstone marketplace where buyers can browse listings, request quotations, message businesses, and submit orders. Sellers remain responsible for their listings, fulfillment, payment arrangements, and compliance with applicable requirements. Marketplace approval is an internal review; it is not a government certification.
2. Accounts and listings
Use accurate account information and keep credentials private. Businesses submit profiles for admin review. Products should describe their actual price, minimum order quantity, availability, and characteristics. The platform may restrict accounts or listings that are inaccurate or unsafe.
3. Orders and quotations
Orders and RFQs record buyer and seller information in the platform. Buyers should confirm product specifications, payment, delivery charges, and timing with the seller. A selected payment-method label does not confirm that funds were collected.
4. Payment and delivery limits
GawangPinas does not currently operate an escrow or bank-wire settlement service. It does not guarantee courier rates, live GPS tracking, inspections, or delivery outcomes. Order tracking shows recorded status updates. Buyers and sellers should agree on payment and delivery terms directly and keep their own records.
5. Problems and support
For a listing, order, or account problem, use the available seller messaging or contact page. Include the relevant order reference without sending passwords, OTPs, or payment credentials. This capstone service has no guaranteed five-day mediation or automatic refund process.
6. Document status
This page describes currently supported platform behavior. The project team should obtain legal and privacy review before representing it as a final commercial terms agreement.
